I have slight pain in my left shoulder?
all was fine untill i went swimming and could feel my bones creeking between my left shoulder blade and around the shoulder itself.i am 47 male 5ft 11 and weigh 13 stone.i have had this for 2 weeks.any ideas ? thank you
